This easement protects six and a half acres across from Birdsview, where Mill Creek enters Skagit River. The property is to be left in its natural state forever, as the forest will never be cut again, allowing the valuable salmon and riparian habitat to persist. The property may never be subdivided and only one small house may be built there. It was donated in December, 1992.
