In this partnership between the Skagit Land Trust and private land owners, 119 acres of riparian forest and farmland is protected from subdivision in a voluntary conservation easement. More than a mile of river shoreline and a significant side channel are found on this property. Skagit Land Trust, Skagit Fisheries Enhancement Group and other partners have helped the landowners restore this area with tree plantings and maintenance.
