Cascadian Farm Property

Property Description

Two properties consisting of 56 acres of mature forest about three miles east of Rockport, adjacent to national forest land. The property may never be logged, mined or developed. The easement includes a bald eagle night roost. An easement donated in 1995 protects 27 acres, and in 2004 Skagit Land Trust was able to bring an additional 29 acres into the easement.

Viewing Access

Conservation Easement property is private, but we encourage you to visit the farmstand.

Driving directions to Cascadian Farm farmstand (where you can view Skagit Land Trust interpretive signs): Take Hwy 20 east through Rockport. The farm will be on your left shortly after. If you reach Marblemount, you've gone too far. Link to map.
