This property, east of Marblemount, consists of more than 22 acres, including over 650 feet of river shoreline and high quality mixed native forest. Originally donated to the Trust by Hellmut and Marcy Golde in August, 1998, this property was sold to another private owner in November, 1999. The new owner placed a conservation easement on the property that allows one house on the property and limits timber harvest. Proceeds from this sale will be used to protect other property in the county.
This is private property, no public access.
