Hurn Alterra Ivy Pull

Dec 2014 16

12:30 PM to 3:30 PM
Hurn Conservation Area

Join us at Hurn Conservation Area on our most recently acquired parcel to help increase the health of the forest! We will remove English ivy, a fast-growing invasive vine that is potentially harmful to the surrounding trees and native plants.

Travel on highway 20 toward Concrete. Hurn Conservation Area is about four miles west of Concrete. We will meet at the gravel parking and viewing area on the south side of the highway at Hurn Field. Click here for a map.

*There will be a carpool leaving the NE corner of the Sedro Woolley Food Pavilion parking lot at 11:45am if we receive any carpool RSVP's by Dec 15th.

We will have supplies and snacks. Please bring your own water bottle, boots, and weather and working-appropriate clothing.
