Skagit Land Trust has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to expand the Barney Lake Conservation Area by purchasing the Bell Property, which includes 16 acres of wetlands, forest and a pristine section of Nookachamps Creek running through a deep ravine. This property is still in private ownership until the Trust is successful in raising the funds to purchase the Bell Property. We will be hosting a guided tour on Saturday, March 15 - RSVPs are required. Please note: to see the entire property visitors must be able to navigate muddy, steep, and uneven terrain.
