Bell Property Tour

Mar 2014 15

10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Mount Vernon

Skagit Land Trust has a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to expand the Barney Lake Conservation Area by purchasing the Bell Property, which includes 16 acres of wetlands, forest and a pristine section of Nookachamps Creek running through a deep ravine. We must raise $250,000 by April 2014 to purchase and restore the natural values of this special place. Read about the Bell Property Campaign HERE.

This property is still in private ownership until the Trust is successful in raising the funds to purchase the Bell Property.  We will be hosting a guided tour on Saturday, March 15 - RSVPs are required.  Please note: to see the entire property visitors must be able to navigate muddy, steep, and uneven terrain.

Tour 1: Sat, March 15 10am – 11:30am

Tour 2: Sat, March 15 1pm – 2:30pm

RSVP required. Contact Lynne Jordan at lynnej@skagitlandtrust.org or (360) 428-7878  to join the tour.
