This conservation easement on private land protects 12 acres of mature and diverse forest on the south side of Mt. Erie and just above Campbell Lake.  The protected property is contiguous with the Anacortes Community Forest Lands and expands the protection provided by this large public area.

This is a private property, there is no public access.
