This conservation easement consists of 22.5 acres, mostly wooded, within  Anacortes city limits. Trees may not be cut. One existing house and one additional house are allowed. The property is protected from additional subdivision and development. Two donations made this easement possible: one in December, 1995 protecting 11.5 acres; another in December, 2001 protecting an additional 11 acres.
