This donated conservation easement protects six acres at the north end of the island, on Point Williams. The property contains about 1,000 feet of critical  marine shoreline on Samish Bay. One house is allowed. The property is protected from additional development and commercial logging. The conservation easement was voluntarily donated in December, 1998.
