Cascade River - Keller/Karlberg Property

Property Description

This voluntary conservation easement conserves more than 31 acres, mostly wooded, including 3,500 feet of shoreline on the Cascade River, and several creeks. The property provides important riparian habitat, as well as spawning and side-channel rearing habitat for salmon. Development is limited to one cabin. The property is protected from additional development and commercial logging. It was donated in January 1998 and amended to protect additional land in 2001 and 2003.

This is a private property, not regularly open to the public.
