AmeriCorps Member Job Posting

Skagit Land Trust partners with the Washington Service Corps, a program of the Washington State Employment Securities Department, to host an AmeriCorps member to assit with our Education and Community Engagement programs. The Trust is seeking an AmeriCorps Member to assist with our Outreach and Youth Programs, which serve our community by engaging the public in the protection of wildlife habitat, agricultural and forest lands, and other critical areas throughout Skagit County. The project goal is to build a diverse community consciousness of conservation and stewardship. We seek to engage with community members of all ages and backgrounds in hands-on activities and learning opportunities on important natural areas. Primary funding for the AmeriCorps program comes from the Corporation for National and Community Service.

We are recruiting for the 2018-19 AmeriCorps term that will start September 16, 2018.
