Field Event: Hurn Field Work Party

Apr 2010 30

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Hurn Field

Before the grasses get too tall this spring, we're going to try and remove old tree protectors from what WERE new, young trees, and are now outgrowing these shields.

Please join us on Friday, April 30 at 1:00 p.m. at the Hurn Field pullout off of Highway 20. If you're interested in carpooling, contact Ellie!

Also, if you have them, bring gloves, shovels, and something sharp that you're comfortable working with, like heavy duty scissors or pocket knives, for slicing off those protectors.

If you have any questions, call or email: 360-428-7878 or erogers@skagitlandtrust.org.
