Stewardship Volunteer Opportunity

May 2015 10

1:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Tope Ryan Conservation Area

For twenty years, Skagit Land Trust volunteers have been essential to restoring Tope Ryan Conservation Area. Volunteers have planted trees, pulled thistle, monitored for amphibian egg masses and more!

Continue the legacy by joining us on Sunday, May 10th from 1:00-4:00pm to remove invasive weeds and fix/remove a couple of small structures (such as the main gate). This work requires bending, kneeling, lifting up to 20 pounds, and using hand tools.

Skagit Land Trust will provide snacks, water, gloves, and tools. Please bring a water bottle, boots, and weather-appropriate clothing.

Directions:

From I-5, take exit 236 for Bow Hill Rd and head east.
