Skagit Valley Playfields

Join us for ourAnnual Picnicat the Skagit Valley Playfields and optional tour of Barney Lake (see below for more information). The Trust will provide the main dish and refreshments.  We ask our members to bring a favorite dish to share.  Those with last names A-L bring an appetizer or salad and members M-Z bring a dessert. 

This is a family-friendly event and we'll enjoy live music, good food, and great people!

Optional Tour to Barney Lake*

At 10am, we will gather at the Playfields parking lot for an optional tour to Barney Lake.  Learn about this natural freshwater wetland and our current campaign to preserve 255 acres of this wildlife habitat and recreational gem on the edge of Mount Vernon.
