For the next three Fridays and Saturdays Screechingbird Studios (1814 M Avenue, Anacortes) will host Art for the Heart. This event is a fund-raising event benefiting select non-profits in Anacortes and Skagit Valley.

Its purpose is to help meet basic human needs and protect the land on which we live. 40% of the sale price of the art will go to buyer's choice of one of four selected non-profits, including Skagit Land Trust.

A closing reception will be held on December 30th from 1-4pm featuring glass artist duo, Joel and Lori Soderberg, and students from the Migrant Leaders Club.
